So far this year I know of three groups going abroad---but only one of these have submitted their TA form.
 
Can those who intend going abroad please note the requirement to submit the form to me at least two months BEFORE the trip for visits within Europe and for trips outside Europe at least six months BEFORE.
 
The form also requires GSLs, Explorer Commissioners etc., to be satisfied that the leader is aware of his/her responsibilities in maintaining a high standard of Scouting and good behaviour.
