BONALY 80^TH BIRTHDAY

The 80^th birthday of Bonaly was celebrated on 11^th June with the ‘Birthday Bash’. It was one of the wettest Saturdays of the summer and thanks to all who attended both to run bases and stalls and to take part in what was still a very god set of activities.

The next event in the celebrations will be Carol Service in early December and details will be notified as soon as possible.

In June there was an exhibition in Colinton Library on the history of Bonaly Campsite and this was well received by both local residents and those who travelled from a distance to view the exhibits. Thanks to Colin Williamson and Ronnie Macdonald who put together the displays.

 

Cub Halloween Party

At Bonaly Outdoor Centre on Friday 28th October 2011

Arrive - 7pm for 7.30pm start

Finish – 9.30pm

Cost - £5.00 per head

Limited numbers - First come first served basis with payment!

Halloween Activities include:

Ghost walk, apple dooking,  treacle scones, party games, and ghost stories

Closing date - Monday 17th October 2011

 

ADVANCED NOTICE FOR ALL BRASS MONKEYS

 

Brass Monkey 2012 will be held at Bonaly on 11th - 12th February

The  cost will be  £16 per Scout with a rate of  £5 for  Leaders
