Bonaly Bookings Information

November 11, 2011 at 10:50 AM

Bookings for accommodation at Bonaly have begun in earnest for the first half of 2012 with the Chalet being almost full for the whole of March and May already.

We therefore remind you that booking forms need to be filled in for all uses of the Bonaly Scout Centre whether it is just Beaver Scouts visiting for a couple of hours one evening, a Camping weekend for your District or a Cub Scout Pack holiday in the Chalet or  Forth Lodge.  Provisional bookings can only be held for three weeks before receipt of a booking form and deposit (if required) plus Activities must be booked three weeks in advance of your visit.  We would be grateful if notice of at least one week could be given for Camping so that we are not allocating sites at the last minute on busy weekends.

Accommodation booking forms can be downloaded from our web page www.bonaly.org.uk or email info@Bonaly.org.uk to request forms and/or further information.  Please always make sure that on all correspondence you include your:-

Full Name +   Group     + Date of intended visit + Accommodation requirement - (ie Camping/Chalet/Blair Barn etc)

This information should be quoted on ALL and EVERY enquiry or query.  This is especially important once a booking has been confirmed; just an email with your first name cannot always be linked to your intended accommodation or date of visit as unfortunately not all the office staff has the advantage of knowing you personally.

Although the office is only manned part time we will endeavour to answer emails and phone messages within a week.  There will be someone in the office on Monday and Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm plus Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00 to 10.00 am.
