Bethany Big Sleepout 2011

February 22, 2011 at 7:59 PM

You are warmly invited to join us for Bethany Big Sleepout 2011 - 10th Anniversary

Friday 25 March
Edinburgh City Centre
10pm – 7am (Saturday 26th)

So what exactly is the Big Sleepout?
Simple, it’s a homelessness fundraising event.

Here's how it works…  You give up your bed for the night and come and sleep out under the stars (or cardboard) at our central location.  The money you raise when friends and family sponsor you for the night makes it possible for Bethany to offer practical help to homeless people to help them overcome the challenges in their lives and become more settled.  I won’t lie to you; it’s a challenging event but a very rewarding one. To find out more please visit www.bethanychristiantrust.com/events

If you want to take part you must register by letting us know your name, address, date of birth and contact phone number by email to sleepout@bethanychristiantrust.com or you can drop us a txt with your details to 07968 024686.  Minimum recommended age is 14 years.

Download a pdf sponsor form and info sheet from our website www.bethanychristiantrust.com/events and to make things easier just set up an online sponsor page for online donations at:www.virginmoneygiving.com/ it’s much less hassle!

If you can’t take part this year but would like to support the event, we would be delighted if you would donate on our Big Sleepout fundraising page: donate now

If you are able to help advertise our event feel free to forward this email to all your friends and colleagues.

If you have any questions please call Hannah on 0131 561 8925

Thank you for making a difference in the lives of homeless and vulnerable people.
