Young Leaders Training

The Young Leaders Training for November is SOLD OUT - for more information about other dates please contact Brian Moretta, ARC Explorers.

Two weekends for all Young Leaders (including those doing service for Duke of Edinburgh & Guides) are planned for the forthcoming year.

Both will be held in the chalet at Bonaly on the weekends of 12-14th November 2010 and 25-27th March 2011. An outline programme for the November weekend is set out below. The remaining modules will be covered on the March weekend. payable to The Scout Association.

Friday

Arrive 7:30pm

Module A - Prepare for take off! - note that any 14-18 year old who helps with a Section who has not completed this module within 3 months is not insured!

Saturday

Module B – Take the Lead!

Module C – That's the Way to Do it!

Module D – Kids behaving badly

Module G - Programme Plans

Sunday

Module H- Programme Plans Plus

Finish 1:30pm

The weekend will be fully catered and will cost £35 per person. It is expected that groups/Districts will bear the cost.

**SPECIAL OFFER – book both weekends now for £60 **

If a Young Leader cannot do either of those options, but can attend part of the weekend then we can that at a reduced cost.

The aim is to be flexible and maximise opportunities!

Both of the weekends last year were sold out and we expect demand to be strong again this year so book early. Note that bookings will only be accepted with a completed application form and payment.
