Longcraig Scout Centre

Situated to the east of the Railway Bridge at South Queensferry,  Longcraig provides an attractive and safe environment to try out water activities. Staffed entirely by volunteers (most who hold other Scouting positions) the centre operates from May to September each year. We try to be as flexible as possible with the program of activities and have successfully run pirate themed sessions for Cubs as well as raft races and water based challenges for Explorers/Networkers. We’re happy to accommodate large groups at weekends -  maybe a group AGM or why not have a leaders only evening? We can offer sailing, kayaking and rafting and will always try to tailor the activities the abilities of the group.

If you want to discuss an idea for an event, contact information is available here.

All bookings have to be made with Regional Scout Headquarters please (Tel:  Mon-Thu  10:00 to 15:00  229-3756) or email secretary@southeastscotlandscouts.org.uk.
