The Annual General Meeting and Review of the South East Scotland Regional Scout Council will be held on Saturday 30^th October at 4.45 p.m at Lasswade High School Centre, Eskvale Drive, Bonnyrigg. It will finish by 6.00 p.m. and will be at the end of a day conference for District and Regional teams (a separate letter has been issued about this)

The formal part of the meeting will include the Annual General Meeting and election of office bearers and the Regional Executive committee for 2010 – 2011.

There will follow a review of some of the activities of the past year and will include input from young people from different parts of  the Region.

All leaders and supporters from all groups and districts in the Region are invited to attend and light refreshments will be served before the meeting starting at 4.15 p.m.
